WHITEWATER, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team placed third out of 10 teams at the UW-Whitewater Fall Invitational Saturday.

The opening round was canceled Friday due to weather.  

UWSP carded 357, finishing behind Carroll University at 345 and UWW at 319.

 McKenna Prestigiacomo (Madison, WI/LaFollette) and Kayla Johnson (Shawano, WI/Shawano) tied for seventh after shooting 84 (+11) for the Pointers.

UWSP hosts the Mad Dawg Invite starting Saturday, September 29.
