WHITEWATER, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team shot a 349 on Friday afternoon to post a second place finish at the UW-Whitewater Spring Fling tournament.

McKenna Prestigiacomo (Madison, WI/LaFollette) was the top finisher UWSP finisher at the event, posting a +11 84, tied for fourth.

Olivia Schiefelbein (Johnston, IA/Johnston) finished in tied for seventh with an 85, Mary Welch (Madison, WI/West) finished tied for ninth with an 86 and Kayla Johnson (Shawano, WI/Shawano) finished tied for 24th with a 94.

The Pointers have one meet remaining in the spring portion of their schedule, a two-day event hosted by UW-Eau Claire April 28-29.
