ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Claire Roberts (Oakfield/Horace Mann) highlighted the action as the UW-Stevens Point women's track & field team competed at the 2011 Augustana Invitational Meet on April 15. No team scores were kept at the event due to the cancellation of the event midway through due to weather. 

Roberts qualified for the NCAA championships in the 1500m with a provisional time of 4:35.68. She had already qualified for the 800m earlier this season at the Platteville Invite.

Erin Kline (Casco, WI/Luxemburg-Casco) was finished third in the women's heptathlon, one of two events completed after events were suspended on Saturday. She posted the top finish in the 100 hurdles (16.53) and finished second in the high jump (1.62m; 5'3.75”) and 200 meter dash to accumulate 3577 points. 

Hannah School (Wittenburg, WI/Wittenburg-Birnamwood) finished third in the 100 dash with a time of 12.70. 

Jasmine Haines (East Troy, WI/East Troy) finished with the top time in the 400 meter dash, posting a time of 58.73. 

Michelle Kuber (Tomahawk, WI/Tomahawk) posted a second place finish in the women's 800 meter run with her time of 2:29.92.

Sara Kline (Casco/Luxemberg-Casco) posted a third place finish in the 100 hurdles with a time of 15.46.

Jessica Litsheim (Appleton, WI/East) posted a second place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.32m (17 feet 5.5 inches).

The Pointers return to the track on April 22 when they head to Oshkosh for the UW-Oshkosh Invitational.
