STEVENS POINT – The UW-Stevens Point women's track & field team finished fourth in the 13 team field on Saturday afternoon, collecting 75 team points at the 2011 Pointer Invitational & Mulit-Event Meet. 

Two UWSP runners posted first place finishes at the event and Claire Roberts (Oakfield/Horace Mann) provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile run. 

Roberts and Sarah Glunn (Arborvitae/Lakeland Union) finished 1-2 in the women's one mile run and Robert's time of 4:57.98 was a provisional qualifying time for the NCAA Championships. 

Kelly Haen (Kaukauna, WI/Kaukauna) posted the best time in the women's 5000 meter run with her time of 17:55.30 and Jasmine Haines (East Troy, WI/East Troy) finished second in the women's 400 meter dash with a time of 59.27. 

The Pointers return to action Feb. 12 when they head to UW-Platteville for the Platteville Invitational.
