ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - Claire Roberts (Oakfield) took home the 1500 meter event title with a time of 4:29.29 to pace the Pointers in a second place finish at the 2010 Augie Women's Invite hosted by Augustana College.

UW-Oshkosh out-raced the field to score 204.5 team points to capture the event title.

Sara and Erin Kline (Casco, WI/Luxemburg-Casco) (Casco) finished second and third in the 100 meter hurdles,posting times of 14.97 and 15.07 respectively in the event.

Elizabeth Caine (Plover) finished third in the 100 meter dash, posting a time of 12.46 and placed second in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.23.

The 4x100 meter relay team finished second with a time of 49.13

Kathleen Folbrecht (Jefferson) finished second in the 400 meter dash with a time of 57.39, but earned 10 team points for her finish as the highest finishing attached runner.

4x400 meter relay team outpaced the field on their way to a time of 3:54.46 in the event, more than five seconds ahead of the next-closest relay team.

Erin Kline (Casco, WI/Luxemburg-Casco) finished third in the triple jump with a jump of 33 feet, 9.25 inches (10.17 meters).

Kelly Haen (Kaukauna) finished second in the women's 10,000 meter run with a time of 36:17.27

Katie Meyer (Lake Mills) finished third in the 100 meter run of the women's heptathlon with a time of 17.62

UW-Stevens Point will compete next in the Drake Relays in Des Moines, IA on April 23rd and 24th. Starting time for the event is yet to be determined.
