In the Pointers seven games during the week Schilter went 12-for-33 at the plate for a batting average of .364. In those seven games the senior tallied four homeruns and three doubles for a slugging percentage of .818. Schilter accounted for 18 of the Pointers runs, knocking in eight and scoring 10. He also went 2-for-2 on stolen bases, increasing his season total to 18. The Pointers catcher recorded 38 putouts and eight assists on the week without committing an error.
