Picel was named the MVP of the Pointer Invitational this weekend after averaging 7.50 digs per set to help No. 6 UW-Stevens Point stay unbeaten with a 4-0 showing. She posted a season-high 43 digs in a five-set win over John Carroll on Friday, a figure that is just three shy of her career-high. Picel also tallied 23 and 26 digs in sweeps of Hamline and Bethel, respectively.
