Aegerter won the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 50.07 at the Wheaton Invitational. In the 200-yard butterfly, he placed second with a D3B consideration time of 1:50.03, just 0.13 seconds behind the event winner. He also swam a B-consideration time of 1:51.37 in the 200-yard IM to take third. Aegerter also swam the third leg of both the 200-yard and 400-yard medley relay teams that won with times of 1:32.20 and 3:23.42, respectively. He was part of UWSP’s 200-yard and 400-yard freestyle relay teams that took second with times of 1:24.03 and 3:05.01, respectively.
Other Nominees
Jerry Lipke, Men's Wrestling
Lipke went 3-0 on the week in a trio of duals for UWSP. On Wednesday, he pinned UW-Platteville’s Max Schmitz in 5:15. Then on Saturday, he won a pair of decisions, 5-1 against Luther and 10-4 versus Cornell. Lipke now has 14 victories on the season.

Zach Zech, Men's Hockey
Zech had a three-point weekend for the Pointers in league play. On Friday, he had a pair of goals, including a power-play tally, his second two-goal game of the year. On Saturday at Northland, he added an assist that gave UWSP a 1-0 lead after one period.

Matt Koerner, Men's Basketball
Koerner racked up a career-high 16 points in UWSP’s win over Hope on Saturday to improve to 6-0. He hit three three-pointers, including two late to seal the win. Koerner scored UWSP’s final nine points in the victory and went 5-for-6 from the free throw line. He also pulled down four rebounds.
