Gamillo scored eight of her team-high 11 points in final 4:08 of the game as UW-Stevens Point was outlasted by No. 18 St. Thomas 51-48 on Sunday afternoon. The junior hit a pair of three-pointers to twice get the Pointers within one point, including one to make it 47-46 with 17 seconds to go. For the game, Gamillo was 4-for-7 (57.1 percent) from the field, 2-for-3 from behind the arc and she made her only free throw. She also added two steals and a rebound in 18 minutes. Earlier in the week, Gamillo had four points, four rebounds and three assists in a 68-59 win over Lakeland. For the week, she averaged 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steals a game and shot 54.5 percent (6-for-11) from the field in 17.5 minutes per contest.
