University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Theurer, a native of Cottage Grove, Minn., joined UWSP in August 2025. She primarily works with UWSP football and women's wrestling teams and provides medical coverage to UWSP athletes as a part of a team of athletic trainers employed by Marshfield Clinic Health Systems.
 
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and applied mathematics from Bemidji State University in 2023 and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2025.  She is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association (GLATA), and serves on GLATA's Council for Early Career Athletic Trainers (CECAT).
