Amanda Helt is in her second year as an assistant athletic trainer for UW-Stevens Point.
 
A native of Waunakee, Wis., Helt is a 2010 graduate of UWSP with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. After UWSP, Helt went on to earn a master’s degree in adult education from UW-Platteville in 2012.
 
Helt oversees Pointers football in the fall, wrestling in the winter, and track and field in the spring.
 
Helt, who currently resides in Stevens Point, is a member of the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.
