JANESVILLE, Wis. – UW-Stevens Point men's golf teams both moved up to close out play at the Culver's Edgewood Fall Invitational. The Pointers 'B' team edged out the 'A' team by one stroke as they finished back-to-back at eighth and ninth.

Top UWSP Individual: Sawyer Krambs (Wausau, Wis./East) shot an even par 71 to close out in a tie for 14th.
Notables: Kadon Shaw (Jackson, Mo./Jackson) fired a -1 with a pair of birdies in round two to move up 38 spots on the individual leaderboard. James Smith (Bancroft, Wis./Almond-Bancroft) started the day with an eagle on hole 10.
 
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: UW-Stout pulled away for an 18-stroke win over Dubuque.
Top Individual: UW-Stout's Andrew Bauer shot a -5 and beat teammates Cameron Lipinski and Ayrton Longe by one-shot advantage.
Up next: The Pointers head to Eau Claire on Sept. 13 for the opening round of the Frank Wrigglesworth Fall Invitational. Tee time is set for 1:30 p.m.
