DECATUR, Ill. – UW-Stevens Point men's golfer Connor Schaefer (Greenville, Wis./Hortonville) took 15th and the Pointers placed eighth at the Millikin Butts Classic that concluded Tuesday.

Top UWSP Individual:  Connor Schaefer (Greenville, Wis./Hortonville) posted 11 birdies over the three rounds of action to place 15th at +8.
Notables: Matthew Handel had an eagle on 18 to close out round two. Jonah Oberfoell (Dubuque, Iowa/Wahlert Catholic) posted an eagle on hole 4 in the third round.

Top Team: Illinois Wesleyan's B Team edged out it's a Team by one stroke.
Top Individual: Lake Forest's Tyler Wengronowitz won the event at -2 by one stroke over Illinois Wesleyan's Myles Lahart.
