STEVENS POINT, Wis. – UW-Stevens Point Athletics has announced that recent UWSP graduate Beckett McGraw (Oswego, Ill./Oswego) is back as an assistant coach for the UWSP swimming and diving program.
 
McGraw graduated from UWSP in May 2025 with a degree in physical education with a health education minor and an adapted physical education certificate.
 
He has coaching experience with the Oswego Land Park District as head coach of youth ages 5-18 for the last year. He was an assistant coach with the program from 2021 to 2024. He also was an assistant coach of the Fox Valley Family YMCA Swim Team of the same ages since 2021.
 
McGraw is no stranger to the UWSP swimming and diving program having competed for the Pointers the last four seasons. He helped the men's team win the WIAC Championship in 2022 and 2023, the 23rd and 24th-consecutive titles for the program.
 
While at UWSP, McGraw was a WIAC Scholar-Athlete nominee and he earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors in 2024 and 2025.
