WHITEWATER, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's soccer team (5-4-6, 0-1-2) settled for a 2-2 draw at UW-Whitewater (5-5-5, 0-2-1) in conference action on Saturday.
Senior
Cass Klitzke (Reedsburg, Wis./Reedsburg Area) gave the Pointers a 1-0 lead in the seventh minute of play with her eighth goal of the season.
Piper Hanley (Farmington, Minn./Farmington) provided the assist on the goal.
The Warhawks tied the match in the 11th minute and the team went to the break, tied at 1-1.
UWSP drew a penalty kick in the 53rd minute.
Christa Borchardt (New Berlin, Wis./West) steeped to the spot and buried the PK for a 2-1 lead.
The Warhawks found the equalizer in the 90th minute off a rebound with just 14 seconds remaining.

Ainsley Katte (Cedarburg, Wis./Cedarburg) made three saves. UWW goalkeeper Hannah Wolf also had three saves.
