Brock Reichardt named Head Athletic Trainer

Reichardt Elevated to UWSP Head Athletic Trainer/Director of Sports Medicine

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – UW-Stevens Point Athletics in conjunction with Marshfield Clinic Health System has announced Brock Reichardt has been promoted to Head Athletic Trainer/Director of Sports Medicine ahead of the 2024-25 athletics seasons.
 
Reichardt has been on the athletic training staff since his arrival at UWSP in 2019. During his five seasons with the Pointers, he has primarily worked with the UWSP football and women's basketball teams. He replaces Anna Kinzel, who will leave the role at the end of the month.
 
Prior to UWSP, Reichardt spent two years at the University of Tennessee as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. He worked with the football team. He graduated UT with a master's degree in Recreation and Sports Management in 2019.
 
Before UT, Reichardt spent one year as an intern athletic trainer for the Green Bay Packers. Reichardt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. Prior to graduation, Reichardt was a summer athletic training intern with the Green Bay Packers as he worked towards his undergraduate degree.
 
Reichardt resides in Vesper, Wis., with his wife Danica, his dog Penny and his cat Pippin. He enjoys running, woodworking, hunting and fishing.
