Krohn made a layup in the opening minute for a 2-0 UWSP lead. Krohn scored four straight and a layup by Casey Verhagen (Sheboygan, Wis./Lutheran) gave the Pointers a 21-20 lead.

Baumgartner drilled another three to end a 7-0 UWW run. He and Krohn each added a layup, but the Warhawks led, 38-28 at the half.

UWSP went scoreless from the field for more than six minutes to open the second half while the Warhawks posted a 19-4 run to push the lead out of reach.
