REEDSBURG, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished eighth and Kate Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) took 15th as the Pointers concluded the WIAC Championships (presented by Culver's).

Top UWSP Individual:  Kate Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) finished 15th in the 74-player field and shot her best round on Saturday.
Notables: Rae Barwick (Waterford, Wis./Waterford Union) dropped five strokes off her score on Sunday and finished 43rd. Delaney Geisen took 55th. Megan Bonikoske was named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
 
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: UW-Whitewater claimed the team title by nine strokes over UW-Stout.
Top Individual: UW-Stout's Julia Imai took the individual title winning by seven strokes.
