MADISON, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's tennis team fell to Gustavus Adolphus by a 9-0 score to end play at the Midwest Invite on Saturday.
Tristin Jantz (Salem, Wis./Westosha Central) battled to a 7-5, 6-1 defeat at No. 2 singles. She also paired with
Barbara Covek (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) to win four games at No. 1 doubles.
Maya Kunze (Stevens Point, Wis./Pacelli) won six games at No. 5 singles, dropping the match 6-2, 6-4.
Quinlyn Mack (Prairie Du Sac, Wis./Sauk Prairie) earned four game wins at No. 1 singles.
Chloe Leithold (Onalaska, Wis./Onalaska) won three games at No. 6 singles.
Faith Leithold (Onalaska, Wis./Onalaska) earned one game win at No. 3 singles.
UWSP heads to Wheaton, Ill., on Saturday (April 15) for matches against North Park at 9:30 a.m. and host Wheaton at 2:00 p.m.
