JANESVILLE, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished 12th out of 16 teams on Saturday at the UWW Spring Invite was shortened to a one-day event after rain on Friday.

Top UWSP Individual: Bree Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) tied for 43rd after shooting a team-low 90 on the day.
Notables: Jenny Marshall (Stoughton, Wis./Stoughton) was three strokes back of Downie as all five UWSP scorers shot under 100.

Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Washington University St. Louis shot a 304 to win by 18 strokes.
Top Individual: WashU's Krystina Wilson shot a 75 to beat two teammates by one stroke for the individual title.

Up next: UWSP will next be in action on April 27 in Spooner at a one-day event hosted by UW-Superior.
