OSHKOSH, Wis. – After the first day of the UW Oshkosh Titan Classic, the UW-Stevens Point women's golf team sits seventh, just eight strokes back of sixth. Andrea Tietz (Watertown, Wis./Watertown) tied for 19th out of 76 golfers playing the field.

Top UWSP Individual:  Andrea Tietz (Watertown, Wis./Watertown) is tied for 19th after a first round score of 88. 
Notables: Jenny Marshall (Stoughton, Wis./Stoughton) is one stroke behind and sits in 22nd after an 89 in round one.

Top Team:  UW-Oshkosh holds a six-stroke lead over UW-La Crosse, 333 to 339.
Top Individual: UWO's Margherite Pettenuzzo is two strokes up on the competition after a 79 in round one.
