JANESVILLE, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished eighth after the second-round play of the two-day tournament at the UW-Whitewater Fall Invite. The team shot a total of 721, dropping nine total team strokes to pass Viterbo for eighth.

Notables: Jenny Marshall (Stoughton, Wis./Stoughton) dropped 12 strokes off her opening round to place 36th.

Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Carthage College won the invite with a team total of 635. Carthage had each individual player within top 20.
Top Individual: Markie Ash of UW-Platteville won the invite by shooting 147.
