STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men's basketball schedule has been finalized, head coach Bob Semling announced.  The Pointers will play nine home games at Quandt Fieldhouse in 2021-22.

The Pointers begin the regular season with back-to-back trips to Minnesota.  The season opener is Nov. 10 at St. Olaf.  A week later, UWSP heads to Bethel.

UWSP's home opener in on Nov. 20 at 7:00 p.m. against Edgewood.  After a neutral site matchup with Lake Forest in the Dells, the Pointers are back home on Nov. 28 versus Augustana.
 
League play begins on Dec. 1 at UW-Whitewater.  Three days later, the Pointers host UW-Eau Claire in the initial home conference contest of the season.
 
The remainder of the calendar year sees the Pointers playing out of state.  Two games in Michigan on Dec. 18 and 20 followed by three games in Oregon on Dec. 28, 30 and 31.
 
As the calendar turns to 2022, WIAC action returns.  Only one of the first four conference games of January are at home, a matchup with UW-La Crosse on Jan. 8. 
 
Other home league games in January include UW-Stout on Jan. 19 and Jan. 26 versus UWW.  Three of UWSP's four games to close out the regular season are home games.  UW-Platteville is here on Feb. 5, UW-Oshkosh visits on Feb. 9 and the regular season concludes with UW-River Falls at home on Feb. 16.
 
The Pointers finished the shortened 2020-21 season at 2-7.  Senior Garrett Nelson (Beaver Dam, Wis./Beaver Dam) returns after earning All-WIAC honorable mention laurels last season.
