Bree Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) dropped eight strokes on her round two scorecard and moved up to eighth at the UWW Spring Invite. The Pointers as a team lowered their score by one stroke to place 10th.

Top UWSP Individual: Downie carded a second round of 77, eight strokes better than Friday's first round. She moved up to a tie for eighth among individuals.
Notables: Grace Eide (Osseo, Wis./Osseo-Fairchild) dropped three strokes on Saturday from her opening round score.
Alayna Corbisier (Sturgeon Bay, Wis./Sturgeon Bay) improved her round two score by 14 strokes.
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Host UW-Whitewater expanded its margin to five strokes to take the title 634 to 639 over second-place Carthage.
Top Individual: Wheaton's Marin Halvorsen shot an 82 after an opening round 70 to hold on for a one-stroke win.
