RIVER FALLS, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished fifth at the Falcon Invitational after a consistent second round. Dropping 12 strokes as a team in the second round, it was not enough to get them up to fourth.
Bree Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) also with a consistent second day shot another 83 for a team-high placing of second individually.

Notables:
Andrea Tietz (Watertown, Wis./Watertown) dropped to 17th after shooting 88 on round one and 96 her second round. Eight strokes more than her first.
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: UW-Eau Claire took the title with a team score of 668 on the invitational, winning by over 45 strokes.
Top Individual: Lexi Meade of UWEC took first individually, shooting two over her round one score of 77. She carded 159 on the invitational.
