REEDSBURG, WI – As the final day of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golf Championship (presented by Culver's) concluded, the UW-Stevens Point women's golf team tied for seventh. The Pointers tied for seventh with UW-River Falls with an even score of 1057 total. At the last WIAC Championship, the Pointers had a fifth-place finish carding a total of 1024, 33 under their score this year.

Tournament Highlights
Top Team: UW-Whitewater won the WIAC Championship with a total of 958, 11 strokes under second-place finisher UW-La Crosse.
Top Individual: Abbey Filipiak of UW-Stout carded 230 to finish as the top player of the tournament.
Awards: Marshall, who placed 34th, was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
