The Yellowjackets jumped in front with goals at the 3:58 and 10:39 mark of the first period.

Berthiaume netted her first of the game, an unassisted tally, at 13:33 to get UWSP within a goal headed to the second.

UW-Superior added three goals to begin the second, a shorthanded, a power-play and a full-strength goal to take a 5-1 lead.
