REEDSBURG, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished in eighth at the WIAC Championship (presented by Culver's) that concluded on Sunday.

UWSP: 8th of 8 teams
Top UWSP Individual:  Brooke Tuszka (Plover, Wis./SPASH) tied for 21st in the field of 64 golfers to lead UWSP.  Her three round total was 253.
Notables:  Grace Eide (Osseo, Wis./Osseo-Fairchild) carded a 265 with rounds of 87, 88 and 90 to finish 32nd.  Grave Nemecek dropped 10 strokes in her third round to come in 48th. 
 
Tournament Highlights
Top Team:  UW-Whitewater won by eight strokes over UW-Stout by a 933 to 941 score.
Top Individual:  UW-Stout's Trystin Cluess shot a one-over 72 in the final round to take over the top spot and won by four strokes over teammate Madison McCambridge.
