COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. - The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team wrapped up day two action of the UW-Whitewater Fall Invite with an eighth-place finish, a three-stroke separation from Carthage College.

UWSP: After the final day of competition, the Pointers finished in eighth out of 15 teams with a total score of 744.
Top UWSP Individual: Brooke Tuszka (Plover, Wis./SPASH) led the Pointers finishing in a tie for 29th with a score of 180.
Notables: Bailey Ryan (De Pere, Wis./) and
Grace Eide (Osseo,Wis./Osseao-Fairchild) improved their day two scores by six and eight strokes, respectively.
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: UW-Whitewater won with a score of 635.
Top Individual: UW-Whitewater's Ashley Hofmeister won with a score of 149.
