A goal from Lawrence Cornellier (Machesney Park, IL/Harlem) and Kalisz's second of the game completed the scoring in a third period that featured five goals. Alex Brooks (Grand Rapids, MI/) earned assists on the final two goals.

The Pointers outshot the Oles 41-13 for the game, including 14-3 in the second despite scoring only once in the period. Brandon Jaeger (Champlin, MN/Champlin Park) stopped 12 St. Olaf shots for his third win of the season. Henrik Wood was busy between the pipes for the Oles and made 33 saves.
