As part of the women's cross country team competed at Beloit, the other part was busy competing at the University of Minnesota Invitaional.  The women took full advantage, finishing second at Beloit and 10th of 26 teams in Minnesota. 

The Pointers were led by led by Kelly Haen (Kaukauna, WI/Kaukauna) (Kaukauna) who finished the race in 23:38.  Elsewhere, Allison Wolter (Kaukauna/Kaukauna) (Kaukauna) finished 5th with a time of 24:13.1 and Claire Roberts (Oakfield/Horace Mann) (Oakfield) finished 60th with a time of 24:13.6.
