BELOIT – The UW-Stevens Point men's cross country team captured the top seven spots at the Olde English Classic hosted by Beloit College at Leeson Park.

John Pliska (Junction City/SPASH) (Junction City) took home the top spot on the day with his time of 27:15 while Brian Finnell (Forestville), Brandon Dworak (Denmark/Denmark) (Denmark), Adam Steinke (Hewitt/Marshfield) (Hewitt), Terry Witkowski (Delafield, WI/Kettle Moraine) (Delafield), Ryan Stephens (Almond/Almond-Bancroft) (Almond) and Tim Thornburg (Delafield) finished in second through seventh.

For the invite, the Pointers finished with 15 points, 46 points ahead of second-place UW-Eau Claire.
