STEVENS POINT – The 11th-ranked University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point men's track and field team competed in its final indoor meet before Nationals next weekend at the Last Chance Meet at the Multi-Activity Center.

Nicholas Ver Duin (Howards Grove/Howards Grove) (Sr.-Howards Grove) had the fastest time in the 400-meter dash, posting a provisional qualifying time of 48.57 seconds. That is currently the third fastest time in the country and his fastest all season. Cory Baumann (Marathon/Marathon) (Sr.-Marathon) was first in the one mile run with a time of 4:23.01 seconds.

The 4x400-meter relay team ran the second fastest time today with a time of 3:17.21 seconds.
The 24th annual NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships will take place next Friday and Saturday at the ONU Sports Center hosted by Ohio Northern University. Events begin at 11:30 a.m.
