STEVENS POINT -
Britta Petersen (Luck/Luck) (Luck) scored 22 points and
Cassie Bandow (Plover, WI/Pacelli) (Plover) added 14 off the bench as the Pointers rolled past the North Central Cardinals 89-55 Wednesday night at Berg Gym.
It was all Pointers from the start as they jumped out to a 14-6 lead 4:22 into the game. The Cardinals stayed in it, as they trailed 23-16 with 10:51 remaining.
But the Pointers went on a 15-3 run to take control and led 55-30 at halftime thanks to a stellar 60 percent field goal percentage in the first stanza.

Individually for the Pointers, Bandow led the team with eight rebounds and four assists to go with her 14 points.
