Sarah O'Melia (Rhinelander/Rhinelander) won five games in her No. 5 singles match, suffering a 6-3, 6-2 loss for the Pointers' top performance.
UW-Stevens Point is now 0-2 in conference play and hosts UW-Oshkosh and UW-River Falls in a triangular on Saturday at 9 a.m.
