Brooks registered three assists from the blue line as third-ranked UW-Stevens Point stayed in first place in the WIAC with a weekend split at ninth-ranked UW-Eau Claire. The junior assisted on both of UWSP’s goals in a 5-2 loss on Friday night before setting up another goal in the Pointers’ 5-2 win on Saturday evening. Brooks now has at least one point in seven of the last eight games and has tallied 10 points over that stretch.
