Gerndt had a breakthrough meet this weekend in the high jump, clearing 1.59 meters (5’ 2.5”) to finish third at the WIAC Quad at UW-Oshkosh. It was a season and lifetime-best for the freshman, who is currently ranked eighth in the WIAC.
