Tanzer scored twice in the opening game, as No. 5 UW-Stevens Point split a weekend series with St. Norbert this weekend. The Pointers trailed 1-0 after the first period but the senior scored twice in the span of 3:22, including the game-winner, to help UWSP claim the win on the road. Tanzer's second goal was her third game-winning goal of the season.
