Winecke went 3-0 in the 110 bracket winning all three bouts by shutout tech fall to take the 110 bracket at the Luther Open

Courtney Leising (Women's Hockey)
Leising scored two goals and had an assist as the Pointers swept a road series at St. Catherine. On Friday, she assisted on the game-winning goal. Then on Saturday, she scored UWSP’s first two goals in another road win.

Karissa Smith (Women's Basketball)
Smith led all scorers with 18 points in Friday’s season-opening win over Lakeland. She went 4-for-6 from three-point range, added two assists, a rebound and a steal. On Saturday, she scored seven points with another made three and a rebound.
