University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Pete Petersen, senior (Pittsville, Wis./Pittsville), scored the first kick return for a touchdown since last 2009.  With 0:50 remaining in the first quarter Peterson caught an Albion punt at the visitor’s 45 yard line.  Peterson raced up the sideline returning the punt for a touchdown and put the Pointers up by a score of 21-0 to end the first quarter.  From his starting linebacker position Peterson also recorded four tackles.
