Meulemans batted an even .500 (11-for-22) this week, while extending her hitting streak to nine games, to raise her season average to .400. Her 11 hits included her first two home runs of the season, as she slugged .864 for the week. The senior scored at least once in all six games this week and had seven runs and drove in eight more this week. On Wednesday, April 23, Meulemans had a season-high four hits, including a three-run home run, and drove in a season-best four runs. She also homered against UW-Platteville on Tuesday, April 22 and added two-hit performances against UW-La Crosse and UW-Superior later in the week.
