Barber led the 12th-ranked Pointers to another 2-0 week as UWSP defeated UW-Platteville 84-53 and UW-La Crosse 79-69. Against the Pioneers, Barber recorded a double-double, tallying 14 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and one assist. In Saturday’s matchup with the Eagles, Barbers scored a career-high 34 points along with five rebounds, three assists and two steals. For the week, the junior shot 70.8 percent (17-24) from the field, 66.7 percent (4-6) from behind the arc and 90.9 (10-11) from the line. Barber also averaged 24 points and 7.5 rebounds in the two victories.
