Julia Colling (Maplewood, MN/North) was named the Female Freshman Individual Sport Athlete of the Year. Colling helped lead the Pointers women's cross country team to a runner-up finish at the conference championship with her top-10 finish. On the track, Colling was the conference indoor champion in the 5000-meter run and finished fifth in the 3000-meter run. At the outdoor championships, Colling finished third in the 5000-meter run.
