Salmen scored the game winning goal Friday night and recorded an assist in Saturday’s tie with UW-Eau Claire. The sophomore forward played solid hockey on both sides of the puck for UWSP in the 1-0 win and 3-3 tie. Salmen currently leads the Pointers in goals with 14.
