Cody Koback, junior (Plover, Wis. / SPASH), led the Pointer offense during their annual spring trip to Florida.  In the first Pointer win of the season Koback drove in three runs in the second inning of the 3-1 victory over Fontbonne.  Facing Allegany Koback was 3-5 with a double and two runs scored.  The next game Koback drove in one run on a fifth inning single in a tough 3-2 Pointer win over Grinnell College.  In a pair of key regional wins against St. Thomas, Koback headlined a Pointer offensive show.  In game one Koback had an RBI single to give the Pointers their fourth run of an eventual 4-2 win.  In game two Koback tallied three hits including a double and triple each resulting in two RBI’s.  Koback finished the trip with a double and four runs scored in a win over Southern Maine.
