Tkach posted a 0.00 earned run average in 19.0 with a 3-1 record. She earned the save with 2.0 scoreless innings in a shutout win over Elmhurst on Tuesday. In game two, she earned the win with 5.0 shutout innings over Kalamazoo with just two hits allowed and six strikeouts. Tkach won again in her next appearance with 3.1 innings of one-hit ball in relief with three strikeouts against Carleton. On Friday, she again went 3.1 in relief with two strikeouts and one hit allowed against St. Olaf. She racked up 14 strikeouts and gave up just eight hits over the 19.0 frames.

Candre hit .375 with nine hits and four RBI over UWSP’s eight games in Florida to lead the Pointers to a 6-2 week. She picked up her first hit of the week against No. 20 Millikin on Monday. On Tuesday, she hit safely in both games with an RBI in a 2-0 win over Elmhurst. She hit a double in both games on Thursday with an RBI in both games. She scored twice in the run-rule win over St. Catherine. Candre added two more hits with an RBI and run scored in a shutout win over St. Olaf on Friday. In the week’s finale, she scored twice with a walk and a hit by pitch against Westminster (Mo.). For the week, she scored five runs, drew three walks and was hit by a pitch twice.
