Nelson won at 123 on Thursday (Jan. 19) against Carthage by pinning her opponent at 0:38, helping the Pointers win the dual 44-5.

Abby Hopfensperger, Women's Diving
Hopfensperger broke the school record in the 1-meter dive with a score of 415.80, finishing third place at the Point Invite this weekend. She also finished third place in the 3-meter dive with a score of 382.05.
Katie Stanius, Women's Hockey
Stanius scored the Pointer's lone goal against UW-Eau Claire on Saturday in the team's 1-6 loss. This was Stanius' first goal of the season and her fifth point.
Kyler Ernst, Women's Swimming
Ernst won the 100-yard backstroke on Friday at the Point Invite. Her winning time of 1:00.78 was a PR. She was a member of the second-place 200-yard freestyle relay that clocked a time of 1:39.84. On Saturday, she was a swam a leg of both the 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relays that placed second with times of 1:53.06 and 3:43.06, respectively.
