University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Sellers netted both game-winners as UWSP took both games of the weekend series against Northland.  On Friday, she had her first career multi-goal game scoring two of UWSP’s three goals in the win.  Then on Saturday, she scored her sixth of the season, the eventual game-winner. She also had five shots on goal on Saturday, helping the Pointers to the third-highest single game shot total in program history.

Jessica Slowik, Women's Basketball
Slowik shot .667 from the floor averaging 14.0 points per game over UWSP’s two games last week. She had a career-high 19 points to lead the Pointers to a win at UW-Platteville on Saturday.  Her long-range shooting was on point as well, going 4-for-5 from behind the arc last week.  Slowik also had two rebounds, two steals and a block on the week.

Anna Pilecky, Women's Swimming 
Pilecky won her seventh 1000-yard freestyle event this season in UWSP's meet against UW-Milwaukee on Saturday with a time of 10:37.13.  Pilecky also finished in second place in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:15.43.

Jade Herzer, Women's Wrestling
Herzer led the UW-Stevens Point women's wrestling team with a second-place finish at the Grand View Open on Saturday. Herzer took second in the 170 bracket going 4-1 on the day. She began with a 10-0 tech fall win. Then pinned her opponent at 2:38. Herzer won 10-5 and 8-3 decisions to advance to the finals.
