Rottier won her 170 semifinal match against McKendree.  In the finals, she won the title with an 11-0 tech fall over North Central. Rottier qualified for the Olympic Trials back in December, and will be competing there next month.

Makenna Tkach, Softball

Tkach pitched 6.2 innings without giving up an earned run against Bethel last Monday.  In game one, she went 4.0 in the start with five strikeouts and no runs allowed to earn the win, her second of the season..  In game two, she tossed 2.2 frames in relief with four more strikeouts and no earned runs against.

Sara Traxel, Softball

Traxel picked up four hits in Monday’s doubleheader against Bethel, extending her hitting streak to six games.  In game one, she went 3-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI.  She extended her hitting streak in game two with a double.
