Picel became UW-Stevens Point's all-time leader in career digs by tallying her 2,164th dig at No. 13 UW-Whitewater on Wednesday evening. Needing nine digs to break the record, the senior did so in the third set as part of a 17-dig performance and now ranks seventh all-time among Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) players with 2,218 career digs. Picel averaged 4.85 digs per set in a 3-1 week for No. 12 UW-Stevens Point, including 23 in a sweep of St. Mary's (Ind.) on Saturday evening.
